Counting cards in Live blackjack is possible because the casino is a land based casino. In online casinos it's not possible to count cards because the cards are shuffled after each round. In a land based casino it's possible to count cards, but it's more difficult than a few years ago. Now they play with 5-6 decks, while a few years ago they played with 1-2 decks.

If a casino discovers that you are counting the cards they might close your account, so look out when you want to use this strategy.
